Requesting Second Appt.

We will leave here in the morning around 10am to to to the notary then to the SDA to request a 2nd appt .

Praying that we receive one this coming week.

It snowed all today and although it is pretty, it makes it miserable to get around the city.

There were lots of people out and about for Valentine's Day. We even saw a huge skating heart at the rink in Independence Square.

We have been watching BBC Entertainment and reading most of the day. We really missed attending our church today.

Please keep praying,
R & T

It's always such a difficult decision, but follow God's will and everything will turn out as He laid it out. We had the same situation. Our prayers for your next appointment. Stay strong.

If you end up staying in Kiev another Sunday, I can connect you with an American missionarythere. She can tell you about an English speaking church in Kiev, and there is a Russian church with headphones where the service is translated into English. We attended both churches, and it really lifted our spirits. Praying your second appointment will be soon and have a wonderful referral.

Do you need contacts for Kyiv? We know a couple of Americans who could help you get to church and stuff...

Praying for you guys. We know this is a hard decision for you. We too attended church in Kyiv and it was truly one of the highlights of the trip. I urge you to find one and if you need a connection we have one too. Also, just curious, was the child in Kharkov #3 that you saw? We just adopted our special needs daughter from there and curious. It is a LONG drive to Kharkov and not one I'd like to do in the dark and snow either. Stay strong!
