We found out today that the SDA has approved the dossier, but they need one more document by 12/18/09. Seems that the names on my passport and my State Police background clearance do not match exactly. So - I have to affirm who I am, have it notarized, apostilled and to Ukraine to be submitted on 12/18/09. The form will go next day FedEx in the morning to the State for apostille and then back to us next day. So, we should get it Fri. or Sat. at the latest.
We will receive our appointment date after this form is submitted/accepted.
